Fusion
CardiYo
Cardio + yoga. This class works your cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, breath and mind body connection all in one class.
Shoes are recommended for the cardio portion of the class.
Recommended for all levels!
CSI
Cardio/Strength Intervals. 4:4 min ratio alternating cardio with strength training.
Shoes are required.
P + Y
Mat Pilates + Vinyasa Flow yoga.

SPUNKED-UP Step
20 mins of step aerobics/20 minutes of core resistance training /20 minutes of Yoga.

Yoga
Beginner Gentle Yoga
Gentle, accessible yoga class. Foundational yoga postures & proper alignment are taught, with lots of options offered for students of all levels and abilities. Gain strength, flexibility, and balance in your gentle yoga practice.
Recommended for beginners & prenatal!
Yin
A passive practice designed to actively stretch connective tissue mainly around the knees, pelvis, sacrum and spine. All poses are supine, or seated poses, that are held for 3-5 minutes, allowing a greater stretch and release to occur deep into the layers of fascia. Yin is as beneficial for the mind as body as one remains quietly focused on breath and in a meditative state throughout the class.
Recommended for all levels!
Gentle Yoga & Meditation
Gentle yoga practice moving slowly through traditional asanas, or yoga postures. The class will include a focus on breath and a meditation.
Recommended for students and anyone needing meditation!
Vin/Yin
First half of the class is a vinyasa flow. The second half is Yin!
Restorative
Calms the nervous system, soothes stress and anxiety, and facilitates deep relaxation. In this class, we will practice a small number of fully supported postures, staying in each pose for 5-10 minutes or more. We build up the supported postures using yoga props.
Recommended for all, including beginners, students, those struggling with anxiety & insomnia, & prenatal; especially for those needing relaxation!
Vinyasa
Yoga flow moving seamlessly through asanas at a moderate pace. Connect breath with movement as you flow through sun salutations, the warrior series, and more.
All levels welcome.
Cardio
Cardio Dance Party
45 min high & low intensity dance class. This fun cardio class will have you sweating, laughing, and dancing!
Recommended for all levels!
Shoes are required.
STRONG™
Intense full body 30-45 min class. STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
Recommended for athletes.
Shoes are required.
Tabata
Tabata cycles are 20 seconds high intensity cardio followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes.
There will be 8-10 TABATA cycles in each class! (6 cycles in EXPRESS)
Followed by a cooldown.
Shoes are required.
ZUMBA®
Fun, cardio-dance class, using music and choreographed steps.
Shoes are required.
Strengthening
AABS
Arms, Abs and Stretch. 45 min strength training & resistance class for your arms & core, ending in an extended stretch.
Shoes are recommended.
Mat Pilates
Core-focused strengthening class to increase stability, flexibility, and stamina. This class transitions through the traditional pilates sequencing, focusing on proper form, breath, and alignment of the spine and torso.
Full Body Sculpt
45 min no cardio, strengthening class, working your muscles from head to toe. Weights, resistance bands, pilates balls, and your own body weight will be utilized.
Shoes are recommended.
Spunky Booty
Consider this your booty (wake up) call class! Lower body strengthening class, targeting the booty, hips and legs! All kinds of equipment will be used, from weights, to bands to balls.
Recommended for those who enjoy barre classes!
